I Meditated Daily For a Year. These Are The Results.

Nope, I did not go crazy. It definitely had a profound impact on my life though. I wish they taught meditation and mindfulness in schools, because seriously, it is amazing. My advice would be:

If you are happy, meditate.

If you are sad, meditate.

If you are anxious, meditate.

Essentially I found that meditation made me a much happier person. I was also less affected by my emotions and what was going on around me. It sort of built a stable core within me where, instead of being affected by things around me, I was always rooted in myself.
